Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping, returns, warranty and the things people ask before they buy.

Is HF Audio Labs an authorized dealer?

+

Yes. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, including ESB Audio, Zapco and Harmony. Every product we sell is new and backed by its manufacturer's warranty — terms vary by brand and product, and we'll confirm them for any model before you buy.

What warranty does my product come with?

+

Warranty length and terms are set by each manufacturer and differ between brands and between products. Email support@hfaudiolabs.com with the model and we'll confirm the exact terms. Our Warranty page explains how coverage works and how to make a claim.

What does shipping cost?

+

Orders under $199 ship for a $15 flat rate. Orders of $199 and over ship free. We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS and FedEx, and the rate is shown in checkout before you enter any payment information.

How long does shipping take in the US?

+

Every order has two parts. Handling time is 2–3 business days — that's how long it takes us to pick, pack and hand your order to the carrier. Transit time is 3–5 business days after that. Total estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the day you order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Do you ship outside the US?

+

Yes, on request. International orders are quoted individually — email support@hfaudiolabs.com with the products you're after and your destination ZIP.

What is your returns policy?

+

Unopened products in like-new condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect, and the original $15 shipping charge is non-refundable. Opened products are assessed case by case. Faulty products are handled under manufacturer warranty.

Can you help me design a system for my car?

+

Absolutely. Tell us your vehicle, your goal (SQ, SQL or daily driver), and your budget — we'll spec amps, speakers, subs and wiring that work together. Use the Contact page or call us directly.

Do you offer installation?

+

We don't install in-house, but we partner with a network of trusted installers around the US. Tell us your ZIP code and we'll recommend one.

What does intent (SQ / SQL / Daily) mean?

+

Intent is how we describe what a product is built to do. SQ is for sound-quality builds that prioritise detail, staging and tonal accuracy. SQL is for builds chasing high output without giving up musicality. Daily is for balanced everyday upgrades. Most of our catalogue is tagged, and you can filter any collection by intent to see the products suited to the build you want.
