Is HF Audio an authorized dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, including ESB Audio, Zapco and Harmony. Every product ships with full manufacturer warranty.
How long does shipping take in the US?

In-stock orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same business day. Most US deliveries arrive in 2–5 business days. Shipping is free across the US on every order.
Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, on request. International orders are quoted individually — email sales@hfaudiolabs.com with the products you're after and your destination ZIP.
What is your returns policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products are assessed case by case. Faulty products are handled under manufacturer warranty.
Why don't I see the discounted price until checkout?

Some manufacturers enforce a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). On those products we display the MAP price on the site and reveal the in-cart discount during checkout. This protects both you and the brand.
Can you help me design a system for my car?

Absolutely. Tell us your vehicle, your goal (SQ, SQL or daily driver), and your budget — we'll spec amps, speakers, subs and wiring that work together. Use the Contact page or call us directly.
Do you offer installation?

We don't install in-house, but we partner with a network of trusted installers around the US. Tell us your ZIP code and we'll recommend one.
What does intent (SQ / SQL / Daily) mean?
