Shipping rates

There is one shipping method. The rate is calculated on your order subtotal before tax and is shown in checkout before you enter payment information.

How long it takes

Every order has two parts:

• Handling time — 2–3 business days. This is how long it takes us to pick, pack and hand your order to the carrier.
• Transit time — 3–5 business days once the carrier has the package.

Total estimated delivery: 5–8 business days from the day you place your order.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin handling on the next business day. Handling time may be extended during holidays, promotional events or periods of unusually high order volume; if that happens we will contact you.

Where orders ship from

Most orders ship from our own inventory at our facility in Turlock, California. Some items — special-order, built-to-order and backordered products — ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. When that applies to your order we will contact you with the estimated lead time before it ships. We ship using USPS, UPS and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your destination, package size and delivery requirements. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Special order and built-to-order products

Some products are built, assembled or shipped directly from the manufacturer and require production time beyond the standard 2–3 business day handling window. If your order contains a built-to-order item we will contact you with the estimated lead time as soon as it is available to us.

Backordered items

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you promptly and give you the choice to wait for the item to become available, select an alternate product, remove the unavailable item from your order, or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

International orders

We do not ship internationally through the website. International orders are quoted individually — email support@hfaudiolabs.com with the products you want and your destination.
