The ESB 3000 Series 3.6K3 is a three-way component speaker system combining the ESB 3.165 mid-woofer, 3.90 midrange driver, and 3.28 soft dome tweeter as separately placed, individually installed drivers.

Where the 3.6K3U uses the integrated 3.UMA mid-high assembly, the 3.6K3 keeps all three drivers independent. This gives the installer direct control over where each driver lives in the vehicle — useful for enthusiasts who want to determine optimal driver placement themselves, or for installations using active DSP-controlled crossovers.

Why Separate Driver Placement Matters

The 3.165 Mid-Woofer
